Dost tum bin Kaun Sahara - shikha

Jab tumhi chale muh mod, hume yu chhod, pyar se pyari,
Dost, tum bin kaun sahara....
jab yaad Tumhari Aayegi, aankho me aansu layegi,
Tab tumhi batao, dega kaun sahara,
Dost, tum bin kaun sahara......
Is naye mod pe aaye the, sab hi ke dil harkhaye the,
Ab ke hi dost, chamka bhagya sitara,
Dost, tum bin kaun sahara.....
Ab jane ke liye dhare he, dil me nahi chein humare he,
Hai aur kaun jab, aap kiya kinara,
Dost, tum bin kaun sahara...
Aap ki aaj vidai he, fir bhi ek aash lagai he,
Dost, pyari dena darshan, jaldi hi tumhara,
Dost, tum bin kaun sahara.....
Arji par marji kar dije, huyi bhulchuk mafi dije,
Liya chand maganne, tera ek sahara,
Dost, tum bin kaun sahara.......

Natural tips for your beautiful skin

Natural tips for your beautiful skin...
Millions of dollars are spent daily on skin care products that claim to be “all natural”. Most of the time they are not – but there’s a reason why they claim to be: because consumers are aware that natural is better. In this article, I’m going to reveal ten of my best skin care tips so you can achieve beautiful, glowing, vibrant and healthy skin using the power of nature’s wonders.

1. Healthy, glowing, beautiful skin starts with, like most things, good nutrition. Vitamin E is one of the most effective vitamins for skin care and is naturally found in foods such as sunflower seeds, nuts, vegetable oils, tomatoes, pine nuts, wheat germ and avocado. Include these foods in your diet as the first, and most important, step.

2. Secondly, and quite obviously, hydration is important. 6-8 glasses of water will help flush the toxins and pollutants from your body leading to clearer, more glowing skin.

3. Improve your circulation and notice better quality skin. Improving your circulation can be as simple as moving around more often. If you spend most of the day sitting at your desk, then set aside a few moments every 30 minutes or so to get up, move around and increase your blood flow. This will prevent cellulite, skin puffiness and acne.

4. Try making your own homemade face masks. Face masks are one of the best ways to moisturize, eliminate trapped dirt, draw out impurities and remove the top layer of dead skin cells. Here are my top five best homemade face masks.

Homemade Face Mask #1
Bentonite Clay Masks

The best masks you can use on your face (and body) are made with bentonite clay powder as the basic ingredient. Bentonite clay pulls toxins from your body, and with the addition of a few drops of vitamin E oil for healing, and a few drops of almond oilto moisturize, you’ll have a good basic mask. For a single application, you’ll need about 1/2 cup of clay powder, mixed with just enough water to make a spreadable, mudlike consistency. Add two drops of vitamin E oil, and two or three drops of almond oil, mix well and apply.

For an even better version, add 1/4 cup of kelp powder to nourish your skin and increase the detoxifying effect of the clay. Kelp powder also has an anti-aging effect, and will leave your skin feeling revitalized.

Homemade Face Mask #2
Cornmeal Mask

Cornmeal is an excellent exfoliant, and is a wonderful choice if your skin is dry and flaky. It will help to remove skin flakes, and with the addition of a few other ingredients, will nourish and brighten your face or body.

For a great mask, you’ll need about 1/2 cup of finely-ground cornmeal (NOT cornmeal mix). Add approximately 1 tsp. of honey, two drops of vitamin E oil, and enough water to make a thick paste, mix well, and apply.

Homemade Face Mask #3
Yogurt Masks

Yogurt makes a wonderful mask that will nourish and balance your skin. It can be used as the base for many masks with multiple effects.

  • For a refreshing mask, puree half a cucumber in a blender with a tablespoon of yogurt, apply, and rinse off after 15 to 20 minutes.
  • For a moisturizing mask, mash a very ripe banana with 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons yogurt. Apply evenly and allow to dry completely before rinsing off with cool water.
  • For an oily skin mask, mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt with 1 teaspoon of honey and add two or three drops of fresh lemon or lime juice. Mix well, apply and allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes, then wash with a steaming washcloth.

Homemade Face Mask #4
Acne Face Mask

The best masks for acne prone skin include strawberries, which contain natural alpha-hydroxy acids for gentle exfoliation and deep cleaning. The best recipe I’ve found follows:

One or two strawberries, mashed, then placed in a coffee filter and squeezed to remove most of the juice. Place the remaining pulp in a bowl and add one tablespoon of witch hazel, one teaspoon of bentonite clay, and two drops of lemon juice. Mix well and apply to the face, leaving on for about 10 minutes before rinsing off with cool water.

Homemade Face Mask #5
Smoothing, Moisturizing Mask

There are many options for moisturizing and smoothing the skin, but the best I’ve found is this one:

half an over-ripe banana
half an over-ripe avocado
one tablespoon of chopped cucumber
one tablespoon of yogurt
one tablespoon of olive oil

Mix ingredients well (a blender works best.) Apply a thick layer and leave on for 30 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water followed by a cold water splash.

5. Apply Shea Butter to your skin daily and reap the magical benefits it has for your skin. It protects from the sun up to SPF 6, it is anti-inflammatory, emollient, and humectant and when applied to the face it can reduce fine lines, wrinkles and dry skin. Pick up some raw unrefined Shea Butter from here.

6. Coconut oil, applied topically, is highly effective at moisturizing, exfoliating, delaying wrinkles and firming sagging skin. Pick up a tub and use regularly to reap the benefits.

7. Applying honey to the skin can create a soothing and smoothing facial to moisturize your skin. Add some oats or some wheat germ oil to help exfoliate.

8. Acne is one of the most common skin complaints, and there are a huge number of natural substances and oils you can apply to reduce or even completely prevent new breakouts. For example coconut oil, jojoba oil and witch hazel. You can also try a face mask with bentonite clay and organic honey to help clear acne.

9. Steam your face daily by placing boiling water in a bowl and putting your head over it with a towel. Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to enhance the effect.

Face cleanser- beauty tips

How to Choose the Right Face Cleanser?

Choosing the right face cleanser is important in order to avoid irritating your skin and to provide for its specific needs. Cleansers play an important role in the health of your skin by keeping your skin fresh and renewed. If you have normal skin, you have the liberty to experiment with various products. However, while choosing the right cleanser may sound overrated, it is important to pick up a product formulated for a sensitive skin to avoid irritation or dehydration.

A skin cleanser that would work for all skin types is one that should not have a lot of soap in it. Studies show that people who wash their faces with soaps are 50% less protected when they go out in the sun because soaps strips the lipid barrier on our skin.

Moreover, everyone has different skin and there is no miracle wash that works for all skin types, but there is a cleanser fundamentally formulated for every skin.

It reduces and isolates acne, plugged pores (blackheads and whiteheads), deeper lumps (cysts or nodules), redness and inflammation associated with acne, causing skin cells to slough off more readily and prevent pores from clogging up.

Best Ways to Clense the Face

1 Wash your hands before you cleanse your face. When cleansing the face never use water that is too hot or too cold. Lukewarm is the ideal temperature of water when cleansing the face.
2 Apply a small amount of  A Cleanser. Apply it on your face and rub some gently onto the face with your fingertips or squeeze some of the cleanser into a washcloth or gauze pad and then apply it to the skin.
3 Cleanse from the neck up to the hairline in a circular motion. Make this massage extra for forehead and t zone. These locations are more prone to holding oil and dirt. For a thorough cleanse, you should spend around 3 minutes massaging the product into your skin.
4 The final rinse is a key step in facial cleansing. Rinse the skin with lukewarm water. Repeat this until you remove all cleanser.
5 Last, apply your moisturizer, and/or use the good cleanser Concentrated Restorative Skin Serum. It features a unique proprietary blend of stem cell activators programmed to protect your skin and visibly fight aging at the cellular level.
Use twice-a-day, once in the morning (to remove oil, bacteria, and pillow-grime) and once in the evening (to remove makeup, sunscreen, bacteria, dust, smoke and pollution) is more than adequate for any skin type.
Do not forget to use only quality cleansing products such as Phyto A Cleanser .

1. Exfoliation:

Olive Oil and Sugar Exfoliator

There is no need to spend $$$ on body scrubs while you can get the desired result with much cheaper and safer way.

You can use simple homemade beauty tips such as using olive oil mixed with coarse sugar to scrub your face and your entire body. Coarse sugar is much better than salt, which may dehydrate or irritate your skin. Olive oil will moisturize your skin, so it becomes soft and clean. Your skin will absorb the olive oil faster than you think.

2. Dark circles:

Concealers may hide dark circles, but at the end of the day, when you remove your makeup, you will realize that you only hide those dark circles, and not get rid of them.

Have you tried expensive eye creams? I did!

But day after day, I became more aware of the idea that chemicals destroy more than cure.

How about trying one of the homemade beauty tips: slice a raw potato into thin circles, and put them over your eyelids for 15-20 minutes daily for a weak. You will be amazed by the results! After the first weak, you can use it 2-3 times a week.

3. Clean and moisturize your skin:

There are three major beauty tips you should follow:

Clean, exfoliate and moisturize your skin.

Hanan, the writer of “The Beauty of Food ”, states that:” Facial Masks are beneficial for many reasons but the most important is to draw out the toxins that are buried in the pores of your skin. Regular cleansing of the skin will only remove the surface layer of dirt that collects so using a facial mask after cleansing your face but before toning will greatly improve the overall health and glow of your skin.”

4. Don’t forget your neck and hands!

We usually clean, and moisturize our face skin, but forget our neck and hands. Those age too, and also get drier as we get older. So, as a good beauty tip, do not forget to apply your face moisturizer on your neck too, and use a body cream for your hands.

5. Bye, bye wrinkles!

We all hate wrinkles; women’s worst nightmare. Most women try creams, botox, face lifting, surgery, etc. to maintain their beauty. But WHY! What if I tell you that you can use simple homemade beauty tips instead?

Cut the grape in half, and gently crush it onto your face and neck area. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off and pat dry. Repeat this everyday. Green seedless grapes have the same ingredients that wrinkle creams have, but more natural and much cheaper!

6. Finally, always remember that the more beautiful you are in the inside, the prettier you will be on the outside.
